An independent jury reviews every application. The jury comprises external professionals with no ties to SHELeadsIndia staff or sponsors. Applications are evaluated purely on merit, impact, and entrepreneurial journey.
Shortlisted nominees undergo a digital screening of their business and online presence, followed by a personal interview with jury members. This step validates the claims in your application and lets the jury understand your story.
Final shortlisted nominees are confirmed based on jury scores and availability for the awards ceremony on 18 December 2026 in Pune. Attendance at the event is required to receive the award.
